Our training booking terms and conditions:

• In the unlikely event that it is necessary for Bereavement Training International to cancel a course, notice will be given as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued. Bereavement Training International is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by organisations.

• We will accept cancellation of bookings up to 28 days before the date of the booking, subject to payment of a £50 administration fee. Payment in full will be required for bookings cancelled less than 28 days before the date of the booking.

• A deposit of £150 will be payable when a booking is confirmed. The balance of the fee will be requested within seven days of the date of the booking.

• Bereavement Training International images may appear on our website, in emails, on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and in our printed and digital materials. Images may also appear in other marketing activities not listed here.  If you prefer not to appear in photographs taken during this course or event, please speak to a member of Bereavement Training International staff.
